Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Lynn practiced business and finance law at Gordon, Altman, Butowsky, Weitzen, Shalov & Wein, and later at the New York office of Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC. She graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. and earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was awarded the David F. and Mary Louise Condon Prize in American Legal History. Mrs. Lynn was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Lynn served as NYC Regional Coordinator for the NYS Assembly Minority Leader, Clarence D. Rappleyea, Jr., and then as Chief of Staff to NYC Councilman Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff.
