EDWARD M. GILES

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Joined Cannell & Co. in 2011.

Mr. Giles began his investment career in 1959. He is the former Vice Chairman of Peter B. Cannell & Co., Inc. and the former President of F. Eberstadt & Co., Inc. He has served as a director of several public and private companies. Mr. Giles received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and earned an S. M. in Industrial Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
